Counseling

Each session is, essentially, a problem-solving session. You describe your current situation, and your feelings about it, and then the therapist uses their expertise to assist you in trying to resolve that problem so you can move closer to having the life you wish to have.

Coaching

Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them. The coach is not a subject expert, but rather is focused on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. The focus is very much on the individual and what is inside their head..

Consulting

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.

W.R.A.P®

Working with a WRAP® can help individuals to monitor uncomfortable and distressing feelings and behaviors and, through planned responses, to reduce, modify, or eliminate those feelings. Recognized by the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as an evidence-based practice

Intervention

An intervention is a well-organized process designed to break through an addicted person’s denial so that they can recognize and change their self-destructive behaviors. Interventions should be well-planned to ensure the environment is calm and controlled. The ultimate goal of an intervention is for the addicted person to listen to the concerns of their loved ones and accept help. Chris White has become one of the nations premier Interventionists. With over 100 successful rescues this year. He has proven to be the go to person for families in need.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a process in which an experienced individual helps another person develop his or her goals and skills through a series of time-limited, confidential, one-on-one conversations and other learning activities. Mentors also draw benefits from the mentoring relationship. More than just a successful individual. A good mentor must have the disposition and desire to develop other people. It requires a willingness to reflect on and share one's own experiences, including one's failures. Being able to both “talk the talk” and “walk the walk.”

“I underestimated how hard it would be adjusting to working from home, but with Mr. White’s help, I was able to regain focus.”
